Day 1: Right After Treatment

  • Hydration is key! Stick with a gentle cleanser, nourishing moisturizer, and SPF.

Days 4–5: Glow Incoming

💡 What Should You Not Do?

  • Don’t exfoliate for at least 5–7 days.

  • Don’t use active ingredients (retinol, acids, vitamin C) right away.

  • Don’t pick or scrub! Let your skin do its thing.

  • No hot tubs, saunas, or intense exercise for 24–48 hours.
